- Request BWI delivery. Share your arrival details and preferred handover time. Confirm delivery availability and the charge before payment.
- Follow your confirmed instructions. We confirm the permitted meeting location and return arrangements for your booking. Do not go to an airport rental counter expecting a DriveEase desk.
Delivery fees and arrival times
Our advertised delivery fee is $20–$35, depending on location. Confirm the exact charge and any applicable parking arrangements for your booking before payment.
Support is available daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern. Pickup and delivery are by appointment; online booking does not guarantee a late-night handover. Contact us if your flight timing changes.
Choose for people and bags

Before you book directly
Have a valid driver’s license, be at least 21 at the time of rental, and complete the checkout requirements and digital agreement. Debit cards are accepted; cash is not accepted.
Insurance is available for purchase through Wheelbase. A refundable security deposit is collected separately on your rental start date before keys are released. Refunds follow the vehicle’s return condition and rental agreement.
Pay later options may be shown through Wheelbase for advance bookings; they are not available for same-day bookings. Review the applicable cancellation terms before payment.
