You'll need a valid driver's license, be at least 21 at the time of rental, and have an accepted payment method — debit cards are welcome. Yes — for direct bookings, we collect a refundable security deposit on your rental start date, before handing over the keys. This is separate from your rental payment. Refunds are subject to the vehicle’s return condition and your rental agreement.

Yes! We deliver to BWI Airport for a $20–$35 delivery fee depending on your terminal and location. Available for both Turo and direct bookings. Contact us to arrange or add it at checkout.

For Turo bookings, Turo's cancellation policy applies. For direct bookings, review the cancellation terms shown in Wheelbase before payment. Contact us if you need help with a cancellation. A refundable security deposit is collected separately on your rental start date.
